Hassle-Free 30-Day Returns / Refund & Exchanges

At Jack Briton, we are committed to providing products that meet high quality standards. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, whether it’s a size issue, a slight variation in design, or a color difference — you can request a return  for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

1. How to Return an Item for Refund

  • Contact our Customer Support within 30 days of receiving your order via email at support@jackbriton.co.uk or through our Return / Refund & Exchange Portal.

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.

  • Once approved, we will email you a free prepaid return label (Royal Mail, Evri, or another approved courier).

  • Simply print the label, attach it securely to your package, and hand it over to the courier at your nearest drop-off location just like standard UK returns.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Tags, labels, and original packaging (dust bags/boxes) must be included.

  • Items must not have odors, stains, scratches, or damage.


    You will not be eligible if:

    • You purchased multiple items in different sizes to “try them on.”

    • The product was custom-made or personalized.

    • Tags/labels have been removed.

    • The request is based on a change of mind, accidental order, or submitted after 30 days.

2. How to Exchange an Item

  • Exchanges are available for items in original, unused, and undamaged condition.

  • Contact our Customer Support within 30 days of receiving your order via email at support@jackbriton.co.uk or through our Return / Refund & Exchange Portal.

  • Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and the replacement size, color, or product you would like.

  • Once approved, we will email you a free prepaid return label (Royal Mail, Evri, or another approved courier).

  • Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and hand it over to the courier at your nearest drop-off location.

  • Your replacement item will be shipped at no extra cost once we receive and approve the returned item.

  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, our Quality Control (QC) team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

  • After approval, we will process your refund within 24 to 48 hours. It should reflect in your account within 7 business days. If not, please let us know.

  • You will receive a refund confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

  • Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds are always processed in GBP. Currency conversion differences or bank fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If the item does not meet our return conditions, our team will contact you to discuss next steps.

  • Partial refunds may be offered in cases where items are returned with missing tags/packaging or show minor signs of use.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds are issued within 24 to 48 hours after approval and inspection of the returned item. The refunded amount should appear in your bank account within 7 business days.

If you have not received your refund after 10 days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

  3. Contact your bank for any pending processing delays.

  4. Inform our support team at support@jackbriton.co.uk so we can assist further.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos.

  • We will provide a free return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

  • Return shipping for such cases is always covered by Jack Briton.

6. Customer Rights

Our policies comply with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which give you a 14-day cooling-off period. Jack Briton offers an extended 30-day return window for added flexibility.

Restocking Fees? None at All!

We keep things fair and transparent. That means:
