Q. What is the handling processing, shipping and delivery timeframe?

Answer: Handling & Processing Time we allow 2 to 3 business days for order processing before shipping.

In-transit Time: Once it is handed over to the shipper usually shipments take 4 to 5 business days In-transit, within this timeframe it will be delivered at your doorsteps.

Overall Delivery Times after Order Placement: Orders normally take 6 to 8 business days from the date of order placement.

Q. Can I Exchange or Refund it?

Answer: We offer 30 days EASY & FREE return/refund policy if you need to exchange or return your item due to not having correct size, material look of the product or damaged or defective Item received so you can easily Email, Call or WhatsApp us. Please read our exchange and return guidelines.

Q. What is your daily order cut-off time?

Answer: All orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT (UK Time) are processed or handled the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed or handled on the next business day.

Q: Do you charge any restocking fees on returns or exchanges?

Answer: No, we do not charge any restocking fees. All eligible returns and exchanges are completely free of restocking charges.

Q. How to choose the correct size?

Answer: Choosing the correct size for your jacket we have created our own size chart listed on each product page and we do have the separate Size Guide which helps you know what size is perfect to you as per your shape.

Q. Why do I need to check my emails?

Answer: When you register or place an order at our website we require your current email address on which you mostly check your emails, because we send updates regarding your order(s) and as soon as it is shipped so all tracking details are sent to your email address.

Q. My jacket’s color is not the same as the image shown on your website?

Answer: While taking product photos on high resolution some shades on the jacket could change the jacket color but every product features or description we mostly mention the item color before placing your order you may read It’s complete specifications then you have all info about your order.

Still you have any query so please contact us when you have all info about the product and we know what actually you want so it reduces the possibility of any misunderstanding between us.

Q. Can I make any changes in my order after placing?

Answer: Yes, you can simply email us within 24 hours after placing your order. Because as soon as we receive your order it is processed to production department at the same day once its pattern is cut and stitched.

We understand things might change! Unfortunately, once your order is shipped, we can't modify the items or size.

However, you may still be able to free exchange it once you receive your order, please try it on let us know if you would like to return or exchange it as per our 30 Days Return Policy.

Answer: No, you can check-out as a guest. However, creating an account offers certain benefits, you can track your order status in real-time, such as your order is in process, in QC, on packing or on alteration view past purchases, and save your shipping information for faster checkouts in the future.
