Returns & Refunds

To start a return or exchange, contact our support team at support@jackbriton.co.uk or use our Return & Exchange Portal. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item.
Once approved, we’ll send you a free prepaid return label (Royal Mail, Evri, or approved courier). After we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be issued immediately. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
If your exchange item is out of stock, we’ll process a full refund instead.
